En consecuencia, se resolvió el conflicto de competencias planteado entre el Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar y el Juzgado Primero Civil Municipal de Cartagena, en el sentido de remitir el expediente al primer juez colegiado, para que asuma el conocimiento de la tutela instaurada por el accionante contra Humana Vivir E.P.S.

DECIDIR la colisión de competencias suscitada entre el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Valle del Cauca, Sala General y el Juzgado 2 Laboral del Circuito de Cali, en el sentido de determinar que la competencia para tramitar la tutela instaurada por María Juliana Popayán le corresponde al Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Valle del Cauca.
